Make A Memory Workshop--No Artist Left Behind

Presentation #1 Abstract or Summary

The Make A Memory workshop is a participatory mosiac workshop based on an antique memory jug found in the mountains of eastern Kentucky. Participants will make their own pieces--all materials provided, as well as a collective piece that will be donated to ASA and bear MU designations. Participants will be encouraged to bring their own bangles, shells, rocks, jewelry, marbles, flotsam, etc, to personalize their items and or represent their institution and or region of Appalachia.
