The Music Council of Region III is composed of music supervisors and chairman from the nine counties of this region. The objective of the council is to provide leadership in the development of improved music education in the schools of these counties and to cooperatively assist with music improvement in the region. The in-servie program has been cooperatively planned by the music council, the PACE Center of Region III, the school administrators, in cooperation with the West Virginia Department of Education.
