The 100th Annual West Virginia Library Association (WVLA) Conference this year a Joint Conference with the Southeastern Library Association (SELA)

Interconnectedness: The State of Being Connected with Each Other

November 8-10, 2017 at The Greenbrier, 300 Main Street, White Sulpher Springs, West Virginia 24986.

For 100 years librarians in West Virginia have been formally gathering to share ideas. This year we will do so again; connecting with each other and with our colleagues in the Southeastern states. We are excited and honored to host the 2017 conference with the Southeastern Library Association (SELA) which will connect librarians from 12 states.

Presenters will be notified in August regarding the status of their submissions.

Presenters should be available for scheduling at any time during the entire conference. It is not possible to guarantee any session or participant a particular day or time on the program.

NOTE: Individuals named in accepted proposals are not automatically registered for the conference. ALL conference attendees must register and pay the conference registration fee prior to attending the conference.

The 2017 Conference Committee: Gretchen Beach (WVLA President/Programming), Brenna Call (1st VP/Chair/Logistics), Tim Dodge (SELA), Jay Gummer (Registration), Kaity Eaton (Food), Connie Frederick (Vendors), Ann Farr (Local Arrangements), Kat Phillips (Technology)
