Session Description
This session will present ideas for advocating for libraries with elected officials while they are back in their districts. We may have a panel but I haven't fleshed that out as yet. We will discuss the various efforts CCPL makes to reach out to our officials by having the breakfast, finding out which staff and board members know the official personally, whether their children/grandchildren attend story hour, and other ideas to involve and teach them about the library and its mission.
