Huntington, West Virginia, educator; Marshall University French professor, 1942-1969, Morris Harvey College, Charleston, West Virginia, 1969-1972. Papers include teaching materials; class notes as an undergraduate at Wittenberg College and a graduate student at Ohio State University; drafts and notes of her dissertation; and family papers relating to Warren County, Ohio, and New Vienna, Ohio.
