This project was supported by the College of Arts and Media and the Drinko Academy at Marshall University, and received financial assistance from the West Virginia Department of Arts, Culture, and History and the National Endowment for the Arts, with approval from the West Virginia Commission on the Arts. The project involved creation of new works of art, framing, gallery improvements, a reception, a gallery talk, and collaboration with graphic designer Savannah Julian, who created the exhibition website and designed this publication, and with author Daniel O’Malley, who wrote the exhibition essay in this publication based on studio visits with the artist and who read one of his original short stories.
