Downtown Huntington, WVa, 3rd Avenue in center, 1937 Flood, b&w The devestating 1937 Flood prompted the Corps of Engineers to build the Huntington flood wall. 3rd ave runs right to left hand drawn arrow points to Hastings Studio.
