Thompson, Cecily

Thompson was born in Clovis, New Mexico and received degrees from West Virginia University, Liberty University, and Palmer Theological Seminary. She was ordained in the American Baptist Church in 2021 and has served churches in Parkersburg, WV. She was an associate pastor of Lubeck Community Baptist Church in Parkersburg, West Virginia and is currently serving as Deacon of Discipleship at First Baptist Church Williamstown.

Thompson is also a founding member of Seasons Ministry, a Parkersburg-based organization whose “vision is to enhance women’s ministry in local churches through discipleship, relationship, and worship.” Seasons Ministry offers Bible study podcasts and books, Nights of Worship, mentoring, and teaching.
