Description
Confederate States warrant for cotton, to sell cotton to British Government, Feb. 1863 This cotton warrant was signed by James M. Mason, and was for 3,750,000 pounds of cotton. Mason was commissioner for the Confederacy to the United Kingdom during the Civil War.
