GAR float in parade in front of new Huntington City Hall, ca. 1890, b&w. Sign held up by men on end of float says "GAR R.R." (GAR was Union vets group, Grand Army of the Republic) The Huntington City Hall and fire station bldg in background was completed in 1887.
