Cars & boats on 3rd Ave., Emmons Apartment Bldg, Huntington, Wva, 1937 Flood, b&w The Roxy Theater was at 1037 4th Avenue. The devestating 1937 Flood prompted the Corps of Engineers to build the Huntington flood wall.
