ACF plant, Ohio River in background, Huntington, Wva, 1937 Flood, b&w This view is looking NW. Ensign Mfg, forerunner of ACF was the second big business in Huntington. The devestating 1937 Flood prompted the Corps of Engineers to build the Huntington flood wall. Stamped with Hastings Studio stamp.
