Aims & Scope

Aims

To publish original zines that:
- Document lived experience, creativity, and community issues
- Support developing identities and community belonging
- Reflect campus life, regional stories, and grassroots perspectives
- Combine artistic, informational, and personal forms of knowledge

Scope

Informational zines
May include local or regional issues, public education and advocacy, research‑informed storytelling with a focus on clarity, ethical framing, and accurate context, not academic jargon.

Personal/literary zines
May include memoir, poetry, reflection, identity exploration with a focus on voice and agency, careful handling of sensitive content, and consent and self‑representation.

Art zines
May include visual, experimental, or form‑driven work with a focus on creative exploration, aesthetic voice, and process and experimentation.
