Haney (Smith) Napier, wife of Thomas Franklin Napier, col. mounted Note on back reads: Haney (Smith) Napier wife of Thomas Franklin Napier who was the first school teacher in Wayne County. She came to this country from Scotland in 1800, she was 20 years old.
