Description
Marvin Stone interviewing Edward Gierek, Polish Communist Party First Secretary, in Warsaw, Poland, b&w. Edward Gierek became First Party Secretary of Poland in 1970. Promoted good relations with the West. Replaced as party leader in 1980 or 1981 and put in jail.
