Daniel Banks Wilburn discusses his employment and educational background, his experiences as a teacher (including as a dean at Marshall University), Miss Geneveve Starcher (director of certification, whom he wrote a biography on), President Smith (Stewart Smith of Marshall?), the campaign to get university status for Marshall, West Virginia University, and the Board of Regents system.
