Originally named South Hall, renamed in 1980. Nine-story building, which houses coed residence wings and a cafeteria, located on Fifth Avenue, South side of Huntington campus.

Named For: James Holderby, who sold his farm to establish Marshall Academy in 1837

Construction/Completion Date: 1963, enlarged in 1968-69
