Located on East side of inner Huntington campus. Was the Albert Gallatin Jenkins teaching Lab School until 1970, then the College of Education. Contains both offices and classrooms, and June Harless Center for Rural Educational Research and Development.

Named For: Albert Gallatin Jenkins, Marshall Academy alumni (1846), US Congressman, Confederate States Congressman, Confederate Brigadier General in Civil War.
