Abstract

This collection consists of a ledger in which the only contents are the incorporation papers of the Chicago, Parkersburg, and Norfolk Railroad of Virginia signed by Isaac Scott, G. B. Gibbens, and S. F. Shaw of West Virginia, and W. M. Morse and W. W. Lucas of Ohio and Covington, Virginia.
