This collection contains information about the Butler family and Crossman family, including a series of newspaper articles about Austin Butler and the Butler family. Also included is genealogical information about the Butler and Crossman families and correspondence by Robert Chapman with the WV Department of Archives and History about his ancestors’ service in the Civil War.
