Abstract
Huntington, West Virginia, lawyer and railroad executive. Correspondence concerns real estate, taxes, and other business matters in Huntington. Scrapbooks contain newspaper clippings concerning his tenure as state administrator of the Works Progress Administration and as secretary of the National Bituminous Coal Commission.
