Abstract

Former Deputy Commander of the Huntington (WV) District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Served in this capacity during the Buffalo Creek Flood on February 26, 1972. Contains video, aerial photos, photographs, audio recordings (some with transcripts) created immediately following the flood.
