Description

This sermon, on John 1:14, appeared in the February 1852 issue of the Southern Methodist Pulpit, a periodical based in Greensborough, North Carolina (now spelled “Greensboro”). At the time of its publication, Spillman was a “Local Minister of the Methodist Episcopal Church, South, Columbus, Mississippi” (p. 33).
