Richard Brown house, 2nd Ave between 4th & 5th Streets, Huntington, W.Va., b&w. Back reads: "Brown house, Home of the Peacos. 2nd Ave between 4th and 5th Streets." Wallace said it was the first brick house built in Cabell County, ca. 1810 Another view appears in Wallace's "Cabell Annals and Families," p.362.
