Abstract
This Delphi study identifies expert-informed best practices in grief counseling to address current gaps in counselor education. Findings present essential competencies—knowledge, skills, and awareness—to guide ethical, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed support for grieving individuals across diverse settings.
