Abstract

Nonprofit organization have been around and helping communities around the world for centuries. Most organizations rely heavily on the help of volunteers and have their own way of managing these volunteers. This paper uses sources that state effective ways for nonprofit organizations to manage volunteers. In this paper, I will argue that these statements are generalizations that cannot be adopted or applied to all nonprofit organizations given the different nature of each organizations.
