Abstract
Scandal, written by Shonda Rhimes, is a mainstream television show that goes in depth of the lives of Washington’s influential, elected leaders. For a better scholarly understanding, I will focus my argument on Scandal’s Olive Pope and Mellie Grant. I will offer significantly more explanatory insight to Scandal by exploring the Faces of Power. I will explore how one has power other beings through ways that can be measured also through power that cannot be observed.
