Abstract
This project intends to explore the relationship between demographic factors, psychological behavior, and party affiliation. I wish to develop insight into certain factors that contribute to our decision of party affiliation and voting behavior. I hope to show the significance of both demographic factors (such as race, age, gender, geographic region, and socioeconomic status) and psychological factors (media distrust, disgust sensitivity, morality, and operational ideology) in determining an individuals' party identity.
