Abstract
The concept of organization has intrigued man for much of this century as he has attempted to bring order into an increasingly complex world. Organization denotes a systematic and orderly approach to living that has been extensively explored in business management and more recently has received attention in home management . As the concept was explored, it was necessary to eliminate the confusion existing between organization and organizing. Organization became the structure while organizing involved bringing all the resources together to put plans into action .
