Giving undergraduates an opportunity to participate in research with faculty goes to the heart of mentoring. In addition the experience leads to enriched learning, helps with enhancing their critical thinking, and improves academic achievement through both progression and graduation rates. By the simple addition of Institutional Repository Services, Kennesaw State University ‘s Sturgis Library offers our scholarly community a platform to showcase the intellectual endeavors of the university and to publish this content via open access to the world.
