Abstract
Great changes occurring within the last ten years have combined with existing conditions to make the present fast moving and dynamic. Advanced technology, industrialization, and urbanization have become dominant features on the present scene. Occupational and social mobility occur with increasing frequency. More women than ever before are working outside the home. This trend is expected to continue. The result has been change in the male and female roles.
