Session Description
The community and technical college institutions will be working with WVLC to create an academic library database consortium (CODEC) to provide common databases across academic institutions starting with the community colleges. This process will be administered through the West Virginia Library Commission, starting July 1, 2017. Year One will provide services to community and technical colleges. There will be efforts to include interested parties from four-year public and private institutions in subsequent years.
